This spot is perfect for the quick access to shops, restaurants, cafes, bookstores, fitness centres, yoga, boating, fishing charters, and on and on and on! Easily get around the neighborhood on foot, by exiting the grounds directly onto the marina boardwalk. If you have a car you can park in the building's underground parking. Thursday evenings on the marina boardwalk welcome the local artisans farmers market, from 6pm to 10pm.
